How It All Began

From Backyard to Smokehouse

Grillpeckers was born in 2010 from a simple love of fire, smoke, and great food. What started as weekend cookouts for friends and family quickly grew into something much bigger. Word spread about our tender brisket, fall-off-the-bone ribs, and secret-recipe rubs, and before long, we were catering neighborhood events and local festivals.

In 2013, we opened our first brick-and-mortar location, bringing the authentic smokehouse experience to our community. Every day, our pitmasters arrive before dawn to fire up the smokers, hand-rub each cut of meat, and begin the slow, patient process that makes our barbecue truly special.

Real BBQ Takes Time

We believe that authentic barbecue cannot be rushed. Every cut of meat is smoked for up to 14 hours over a blend of oak and hickory hardwood, creating the deep, rich flavor and perfect smoke ring that has become our signature. We source our meats from local farms that share our commitment to quality, and our sides are made from scratch daily using family recipes passed down through generations.
